Can I contact someone about my order?

Absolutely! Use the chat button or send an email to info@balboa.nl and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I change my order or my shipping address?

Please contact us at info@balboa.nl and we'll do our best to help you. It might be possible, depending on the timing of the order.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it. Please contact our customer service on info@balboa.nl and we'll be more than happy to help you.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number from the shipping courier Post NL. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

What if my order arrived damaged?

That's not supposed to happen. Please take photos of the damaged goods and get in contact with us.

My order got lost somewhere, what now?

If your order got lost in transit, please contact us as soon as you can.

How do I make sure my Balboa stays looking in good shape?

Washing instructions

Can my Balboa be washed in the washing machine?

Balboas are simply machine washable. However, at a low temperature with similar colours.

At what temprature should I wash my Balboa?

30°C is often good - also for the environment.

And what about in the dryer?

Preferably do not put it in the dryer. Your Balboa dries quickly on a clothing hanger and you don't even have to iron it. This way your Balboa will last a lifetime.

Shipping and returns

What is your return policy?

It's your right to return all items you have bought from Balboa.nl and get a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving them. All items need to be unwashed, unworn, and sent back in with all original tags attached.

What about return shipping costs?

When you return or exchange any item we will take care of the costs. Please consider the sizing in advance to prevent unnecessary shipping. As soon as we receive your return request on info@balboa.nl, we will process your exchange or refund request.

At Balboa, we love our beautiful planet very much. That is why we would like to prevent our products from frequently traveling back and forth. Help the environment by choosing your size carefully and think carefully about which color suits you best. Of course exchange is possible.
