At Balboa, we love our beautiful planet very much. That is why we would like to prevent our products from frequently traveling back and forth. Help the environment by choosing your size carefully and think carefully about which color suits you best. Of course exchange is possible.
You will receive a confirmation email of your order. Your order can be sent to an address of your choice (home, office, etc.).

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium.
What are the delivery times?
Orders placed on working days (Monday – Friday) before 17:00 am will be dispatched on the same day of the confirmation email and mostly delivered the next day (excl. Holidays) depending on where you are located. Outside the Netherlands, shipping may take longer. The Netherlands regularly 1 working day and Belgium around 1-2 working days
Can I track my shipment?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a Track & Trace code once your parcel has been dispatched. No email received or untraceable? Please contact our customer services at info@balboa.nl
Can I return my Balboa?
Important to know before you return your order:
You can return Balboa items up to 30 days after receiving your order
Returns are accepted for all Balboa items and provided for items that are in its original condition, unwashed with all tags still attached
Items can be returned free of charge.
How do I return items?
Request a return shipping label.
1. Please contact us at info@Balboa.nl for a free return shipping label. You can use the Balboa delivery box for your return and bring it to a nearby PostNL point.
2. As soon as your return reaches our warehouse and has been processed by us, we will issue a refund. The return process can take up to one (1) week from the moment you send back your product. Once we have processed your return, you will receive a credit memo email. until you will receive your refund.
3. We do not offer exchanges for returned items. If you wish to purchase a new item, please place a new order.
